• Last week’s hack not only gave me a big scare, but it also got me flagged by Google. As you read in the respective post, I’ve taken all the necessary steps to assure I get unbanned, which hopefully will happen soon. The experience has been very helpful and I will definitely follow-up with a post,  about how  I got passed all this hell.
  • Wayne Liew wrote a post about propaganda in blogging and how it can bring traffic. I’m personally against the whole technique, but the article will certainly make a interesting read for those willing to have a more in depth look upon the subject.
  • Another interesting article down at Pro Blogger explains how to recruit high quality guest blogger to your blog. Some really valid points are included, while I believe that the best way to achieve high quality guest posts is to announce a guest posting contest and only hand pick  the best (speaking of guest posting contests check out the one from Super Blogging) or invite highly prolific guest bloggers, that are certain to turn everything they touch into gold.
  • Steven wrote a excellent post over at Blogtrepreneur, where he dwelt a bit upon how you can instantly grow your blog, from all points of view.
  • On the social media field Caroline wrote a Stumbleupon/Twitter combo post, in which she advises to be a active user, constantly update your profiles with freshly squeezed remarkable content and network with other bloggers and fellow social media users.
  • Blogging guru Chris Garrett returns with a insightful post, this time about how to get top blogs to notice you. The main idea behind it is to write quality and remarkable content, that’s either very original or very resourceful.
  • I know some of you have grown a bit weary of the number of times I mention how good content is the first step to success and how all else revolves around it, but it’s all true. For those a bit unsure about what great content is Maki has the answer in a recent post of his.
